years ago Sabina Tamm came to Isla Mujeres for the first time
and fell in love with the potent nature of the crystal clear
turquoise Caribbean, white sandy beaches and lush tropical
green. Her life turned from black and white into color.
Sabina moved to Isla from Germany in 1988 to establish a new
lifestyle based on a deep love for life and nature. She
developed her spiritual knowledge as well as established several
successful businesses (visit

Mornings in Mexico). She teaches and works in the fields of
Yoga, Reiki, Meditation, Rebirthing and Family Constellation,
conducting classes, private sessions and workshops in Mexico,
Germany and the U.S.

A source of growth and pleasure are her yearly journeys to
remote parts of the world which give her the opportunity to
learn from different cultures and bring new inspirations and
ideas to her life and her work.
For over 15 years Sabina has been conducting spiritual
ceremonies with couples to celebrate their weddings, commitments
and anniversaries as well as baptisms and rites of passage.
